Current Opportunity

 

As an Administration Lead, you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating administration, support services and activities across our Operations Teams, as well as leading and empowering a team of administrators. 

 

This newly created role will also see you responsible for providing high level support to the GM’s, managing complex administrative tasks whilst ensuring the function continues to run smoothly.

 

About You

 

This position will best suit a team player, who is also willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done. It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and interact with senior stakeholders across the business.

 

In addition, you will have:

 

  • Proven experience in an administrative leadership role with strong organisational skills
  • Experience supporting and mentoring a team
  • Solid understanding of administration delivery, systems and technology
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Have a pro-active attitude and the ability to be innovative and use initiative when problem solving and decision making.
