Current Opportunity

 

We have a new opportunity available in our Operations Team for a Document Controller to join us in Brisbane for a 12-month fixed term contract where you will be responsible for ensuring accurate information is published and communicated across the business in a timely manner, creating a database of records the business trusts.

 

Key accountabilities will include:

 

  • Manage project, asset and operational controlled documents including vendor data
  • Assist the business in locating, maintaining and distributing documentation in the Document Management Systems (Aconex/ SharePoint) 
  • Register documentation from internal and external sources
  • Develop, track and maintain deliverables registers
  • Register incoming site vendor data where necessary and circulate for review 
  • Transmit ad hoc data to suppliers and contractors as requested
  • Run reports as requested for both internal and external parties.

 

About You

 

With a background in document control, ideally within the engineering or oil and gas sector, you’re no stranger to the demands of the industry. You’ve got a solid handle on document management systems like Aconex and SharePoint, and you know how to keep things running smoothly with vendors.

 

In addition, you will have:

 

  • Exposure to project and change management principles surrounding asset lifecycle
  • Demonstrated analytical, evaluation, problem-solving and reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • A team player with exceptional organisation skills.
