Current Opportunity

 

Supporting two General Managers within our Operations Team, this position will have a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a diverse role liaising with multiple stakeholders.

 

Key accountabilities will include:

 

  • Maintaining inboxes and highlighting business critical information
  • Setting and maintaining calendar appointments and meetings
  • Liaising with the wider team on operational matters, communicating required by dates and holding reports accountable for on time delivery
  • Handling incoming queries from the business, filtering and escalating requests as required
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, including board papers, and other technical presentations required
  • Managing all aspects of travel and event preparation, including booking accommodation, organising transportation
  • Attending meetings and capturing action items and minutes for the GM’s, and maintain a register of outstanding deliverables.

 

About You

In addition, the following experience and skills will be required:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the energy sector
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanour when interacting with all levels of the organisation
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise
  • A proven track record of maintaining discretion and handling confidential information with integrity.
