Current Opportunity
The Corporate Affairs Team at Senex Energy is dedicated to enhancing and protecting our reputation, ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic goals. We are looking for a dynamic and solutions-focused Corporate Affairs Coordinator to support our communications, government relations, and community relations teams.
As the Team Administrator - Corporate Affairs, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our Corporate Affairs function. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Event coordination: supporting the coordination and management of internal and external events, conferences, and activities, maintaining an events calendar
- Sponsorship Coordination: administering and supporting the management of community and corporate sponsorships, including application processes, tracking, and logistical support
- Brand coordination: coordinating photo and video shoots, and liaising with graphic designers
- Administrative support: Sourcing quotes, booking travel, raising purchase requisitions, and arranging team events and meetings
- Event attendance: representing Senex at events in Brisbane and the field as required, both during and outside of work hours.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Experience with event coordination
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and flexibility in handling varying tasks
- Strong customer service approach with the ability to engage with stakeholders
- Keen interest and understanding of the energy industry.
